Pre-Breakfast workout
I woke up at 5:45 this morning and instead of making pancakes or eggs, I headed out to the gym. I did an hour and a half on the elliptical at maximum resistance and between 3 and 5 on a 1 to 10 incline. To say the least my muscles are sore but it was all good.

Holiday Recovery
I am still trying to recover from the holidays. I have upped my workout intensity. Higher resistance on the elliptical and faster running.

Basically it says cardio exercise after a fast(before breakfast) will burn more fat than after breakfast. I will start incorporating this in my diet. Till now if I wake up early I have been making breakfast and then going to the gym before work. My girlfriend will be very upset to no longer wake up to breakfast.
